Interaction Design
These services define the detail of the solution, how it will look and behave - so it can be built, tested and maintained cost-effectively. These services create world-class solutions that will increase your revenue.
- Process flows:
These define the interaction between users and a subset of key functionality.
- Site maps:
These are used to navigate (not to build) the site and so are much simpler than site architectures.
- Site architectures:
These specify all wireframes, unique pages and templates needed, alongside placeholders for planned future releases to minimise the cost of future redesign.
- Wireframes:
Low-fidelity visual and textual representations that define the structure of all elements on specific pages and templates.
- Low-fidelity and High-fidelity prototypes, or Usability tests:
Each type of test answers different types of questions. Understanding how the findings will be used is key to using the most effective methods, and providing the most useful recommendations.
If you have a very large or complex project or want to create sustainable competitive advantage, you might benefit more from using our Conceptual Design or Contextual Research services first. If you want to know more about any of our services, let us know.
